1. Digital Product Policy

LifeSync is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

2. Eligible Refunds

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

— The product was not delivered or accessible after purchase.
— A technical issue on our end prevented you from using the product, and we were unable to resolve it within 7 days.
— You were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate charge).

3. Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at rana.tahaa123@gmail.com with your order confirmation and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor, and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Non-Eligible Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

— You changed your mind after accessing the product.
— You purchased the wrong theme and have already accessed the correct theme link.
— The refund request was made more than 14 days after purchase.
